Event times (starting & ending)
Event location
Expected number of attendees

Add any other important information related to your event that would help define our role and figure into an estimate (special musical arrangements, additional equipment, lengthy travel, etc.)

Please include all of the information that we need in your email. The more detail that you provide, the more accurate and timely we can be with our quote!
